A "worker's manual for organising on work security" from the International Labor Organization (ILO). This is a practical guide that is available online in several languages, including a Chinese version provided by the Hong Kong Workers' Health Centre. It helps workers increase their control over their own work situations by researching hazards themselves. Has tools to identify safety and health problems, and to tackle the problems from a worker-centered perspective.
