State Building and Construction Trades Council of California

California's affiliate of the AFL-CIO's Building and Construction Trades Department. The site has contact information for member unions throughout the state, updates on legislation and politics, and material on apprenticeship and careers in the building trades. Health and safety information includes ergonomics links and details of the Council's BUILT project, which conducts educational sessions on tobacco and other toxic substances found on the job.
